Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy and Architecture
Define and lead the AI technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and tools.
Design scalable architectures for AI model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Develop AI/GenAI use cases specifically to cater for business problems within the Life science, Healthcare, Energy & Resources, Utilities business domains
Establish GTM initiatives based on market specific needs and business domain problems

Technical Leadership
In-depth knowledge of the AI/GenAI/ML technology landscape and various solutions
Guide teams of data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, and IT professionals.
Ensure best practices in AI/ML development including code quality, MLOps, data security, and ethical AI.
Lead POCs (proof of concept) and pilot projects to test and validate AI solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with account stakeholders, customer teams, third party technology vendors to ensure alignment and integration of AI initiatives.
Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy AI services on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Solutions Oversight
Oversee AI project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and value realization.
Manage risks associated with AI systems including bias, compliance, data privacy, and performance.
Innovation and R&D
Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and research to identify opportunities for innovation.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the AI team
