Required Skills and Experience

* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
* A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience
* Experience of 2 or more years managing projects
* Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills and Experience

* Experience with document management, groupware, relational database systems, data warehouse and data mining, Web and systems analysis/development.
* Experience with Pcard Works.
* Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management.
* Reporting and understanding retesting requirements.
* Experience with risk assessments.
* Providing Customer interface support in fulfillment of Customer requirements.
* Providing technical and subject matter expertise in fulfillment of Customer requirements, including mitigation error handing.
* Ensuring quality standards and work performance on tasks related to Customer requirements.
* Ensuring the quality and timely completion of projects or services.
* Developing and defining strategic visions for IT Projects.
* Planning, organizing, and executing tasks in successful delivery of projects or services.
* Experience supervising IT projects including assigning, planning, organizing, and directing subordinates' work efforts until completion of task orders.
* Applying administrative, consultative, and technical expertise in fulfillment of Customer SOWs.
* Experience with change management, including developing communications plan for training, agency engagements, and information sharing with stakeholders.
* Training Customer personnel through formal classroom courses, workshops. or seminars.
* Applying a broad set of management skills and technical expertise as a project leader.
* Has a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
