Job Details
Position: Data Analyst
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: 100% Remote
Only W2 Consultants (Rate: $45/Hr on W2)
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to leakage, customer behavior, and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track leakage metrics and trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance) to identify leakage drivers and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support ETL processes and ensure data integrity across systems such as Snowflake and IQVIA.
- Contribute to defining common leakage language and metrics for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Assist in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Skills
- Advanced SQL and data manipulation techniques
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure)
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and data quality assurance
