C2M Functional Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a C2M Functional Consultant.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
* Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the C2M system
* Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system
* Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality
* Review and analyze system requirements specifications for clarity, completeness, and consistency

System Design and Configuration:
* Participate in the design and configuration of the C2M system to meet business needs
* Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management
* Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M

Testing and Implementation:
* Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases (system, integration, regression, user acceptance)
* Execute test scripts, analyze results, and identify and resolve defects
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users; Participate in cutover planning and execution, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system
* Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement; Provide guidance on post-implementation support and issue triage

Collaboration and Communication:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences; Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
