Support the planning and delivery of change management activities across people, process and technology
Act as a key liaison between the programme team and impacted HR/business teams
Help coordinate and drive business readiness activities, including change impact assessments and readiness tracking
Support the mobilisation and engagement of change champions and HR/business change networks
Partner with training and comms leads to support the development and delivery of learning and communication materials
Facilitate and support sessions such as training, Q&As, drop-ins, and engagement briefings
Contribute to content creation including stakeholder packs, talking points, FAQs and guidance materials
Track adoption and readiness indicators, escalating risks or blockers as needed
Support post-go-live activities, including feedback capture and reinforcement planning
Assist with handover and knowledge transfer to BAU HR teams
