Software Engineer, Process Automation & AI (Remote)

Join a cross-functional team focused on building the future of work by driving productivity and innovation. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI-powered process automation tools designed to significantly reduce operational toil and reimagine cross-cultural collaboration across the organization.

• Develop and implement custom software solutions, gathering and documenting system requirements.
• Code, unit test, and modify programs using languages like TypeScript and Python to client specifications.
• Design and write continuous automation 'actions' (e.g., using GitHub Actions) for workflows like intake and triage.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting, conduct quality assurance reviews, and ensure successful post-implementation validation and bug resolution.

8-10 years of professional software engineering experience.

Expertise in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and large systems software design.

Proficiency in TypeScript and Python coding for software development and automation.

Proven experience in Process Automation and writing automation actions.
