Job Title: IT - Content Strategist Management
Work Location: Hybrid Onsite - Texas
Duration: 3+ months
General Overview:
As a key member of the User Experience (UX) Team, the UX Content Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that all content aligns with the company's brand identity and enhances the overall user experience. This person will contribute to defining content strategy, setting guidelines, and supporting the creation and maintenance of high-quality content across digital platforms.
Primary Function:Content Strategy & Analysis
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead efforts around content definition, inventory, governance, migration, and quality assuranceDevelop and implement a comprehensive plan for content migration and rationalization.

Write and consult on internal communications to ensure clarity, tone, and alignment with strategy.

Advise team members on communication details, including distribution channels, timing, and core messaging.

Support the definition of communication strategies for both niche user groups and enterprise-wide audiences.

Collaborate with project teams to drive execution of the overall communication plan, including stakeholder engagement and training initiatives.

Develop various content deliverables such as emails, newsletters, presentations, quick reference guides, and website articles.

Contribute to additional team projects including forums, videos, knowledge articles, and more.

Comfortable switching between detailed (micro) and big-picture (macro) thinking

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
