About the Role:
Seeking a skilled Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega projects, including work with Smart Investigate Framework, Case Management, and workflow design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in identifying code defects and delivering secure, high-quality solutions using the latest version of Pega Infinity (23.2). This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute software design, development, and troubleshooting with innovative thinking
- Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain system-synchronized algorithms
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize data to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement
- Identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture
- Contribute to engineering communities of practice and explore emerging technologies
- Support a team culture rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Pega project development
- Experience with Pega Investigate, Smart Investigate Framework, Case Management, and workflow design
- Ability to identify and remediate code defects
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity version 23.2
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong collaboration skills with Business Analysts, Developers, Testers, and other feature teams
- This is a full-time W2 role, not C2C
