Job Title: Marketing Analyst
Industry: Financial Services
Contract term: 3 months
Location: Austin, TX - hybrid (2-3 days on site)
Rate: up to $30/hr.
Summary:
The main function of a marketing analyst is to assist in the clean-up and optimization of contact data within our CRM and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. Review and verify data entries, identify and correct errors, and implement procedures to prevent future issues. This role is crucial for maintaining reliable data, which is essential for decision-making, reporting, and overall business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Review and Verification: Carefully examine data entries to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or missing information.
Error Correction: Correct errors and inconsistencies in the data to ensure accuracy.
Data Cleaning: Implement techniques to clean and prepare data for analysis and use.
Data Validation Procedures: Develop and implement procedures for validating data entry and ensuring data quality.
System Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of data entry and storage systems.
Data Quality Improvement: Work to improve overall data quality within the organization.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on data validation efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and interpret data patterns and trends.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in data review and verification are crucial.
Proficiency with Software: Familiarity with data, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, databases, and other relevant tools.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve data validation issues.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to others.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent training required.
5-7 years of related experience required.
