This is an opportunity to meet challenges in aviation safety by collaborating with a development team to develop a n artificial intelligence system with user-centric design. You'll work with UI and UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience using React.
On our team, you'll work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with React
- 2+ years of experience with developing and implementing front-end web code
- 2+ years of e xperience with writing code using best development practices
- 2+ years of experience with performing website edits and updates
- Experience optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Experience ensuring the technical feasibility of UI and UX designs
- Experience with issue tracking tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Agile methodology , software engineering, product management, and software products
- Knowledge of web standards and accessibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
