Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid in office Tue/Wed/Thu)

Overview:
Join our team to help deliver the NextGen platform, including a Unified Calculation Engine and modular, metadata-driven business services. Collaborate closely with SCRUM teams and stakeholders to define requirements and model business and technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document functional & non-functional requirements in Agile/SCRUM environments

  • Use Enterprise Architect (EA) and Miro to create domain models, capability maps, and data flows

  • Document integration payloads (JSON/XML) to guide API design (no coding)

  • Support MVP planning, backlog refinement, and delivery milestones

  • Align requirements, EA models, Jira stories, and Confluence docs for full traceability

  • Collaborate with QA teams and support audit processes under SOX/FINSIG

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master s preferred)

  • 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst on large enterprise or modernization projects

  • Experience with EA or similar modeling tools, and working in SCRUM teams

  • Familiarity with cloud-native, modular systems and data-driven business logic

Tools & Skills:

  • EA, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio

  • Business process modeling, integration payload documentation (JSON/XML)

  • Exposure to automation tools (Tosca, UiPath) and audit frameworks
