Key skills:
- Application configuration, Master Control Quality Management System configuration, Agile Development, Requirements Analysis, system support, user training and enablement.
- Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and / or implement technology best practices and align technology with business strategy and goals.
- Serve as the PoC for application configuration and system administration.
- The role comprises both functional business analysis and technical development within the specified client applications.
- Manage, maintain, and optimize Master Control to support quality processes across the organization.
- Configure user access, workflows, and system settings. Oversee document and training management processes within Master Control.
- Work alongside the government stakeholders to support NBAF s implementation and maintenance of EH&S, Warehousing/Procurement, Quality Management, Animal Management, and/or informatics systems, focusing on system configuration, testing, and training of end-users.
- As part of the role, the Systems/Application Engineer will analyze the functional enhancements and build modifications in the COTS solutions to align to changes in client workflows, reporting needs, data modifications, and/or net new compliance requirements.
Skills required:
- Software delivery, system configuration, data analysis, Agile delivery, and USDA industry process
Must have technical skills:
- Hands-On Master Control configuration or administrator experience.
