IT Support Analyst
Our client in the Scranton, PA area is seeking an IT Support Analyst. This position is onsite 5 days a week. They are seeking tier 1 and 2 support experience. Any background working in a managed services environment is a big plus.
Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization solutions.
- Robust understanding of network infrastructure, including firewalls, VLANs, routing, DNS, and DHCP.
- Proven experience with leading cloud platforms.
- Adept at advanced problem-solving for hardware, software, and security challenges.
- Outstanding ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer support, fostering strong client relationships.
- Any relevant certifications are a plus.
