Digital Innovation Technical Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Digital Innovation Technical Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.

Duties:
* Support the Program Manager in the execution and governance of a major digital transformation initiative, managing multiple interdependent projects across business divisions; This will include requirements documentation, presentation development, and other project logistics
* Participate in the identification and evaluation of new technologies and vendors including the development and population of vendor requirements, scorecards, and selection summaries
* Monitor and document developments in AI and emerging technologies; Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and innovation adoption strategies
* Support the development and maintenance of business cases for digital initiatives, including resource allocation, ROI analysis, and performance tracking
* Support experimentation and proofs-of-concept for emerging technologies, help facilitate transition of successful PoCs to production teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
* 3+ years of development or technical analytic experience, with a demonstrated record of delivering value-added solutions
* Experience developing business stakeholder relationships, soliciting IT requirements, and managing business communications through project execution
* Experience with AI technologies including prompt engineering and RAG models, experience with Agentic AI desirable but not required
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience applying them in cross-functional environments
* Proficiency with Microsoft technologies and Azure DevOps
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
