This position is responsible for building strong business understanding and relationships to enable the delivery of technology solutions that deliver the intended business value in the spirit of the Agile Scrum Methodology. The Product Owner's primary responsibilities are to prioritize features according to business value as wells as the user stories into an ordered backlog. They will also participate in Sprint ceremonies like Inception, Future State, Alignment, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, User Story Writing and Refinement. It is important that they also establish and maintain effective partnerships with the Business and IT product teams.
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills to transform data into insights, distill requirements, and develop processes. They will also be able to define clear, easy-to-digest metrics that resonate with the business. While a deep knowledge in Crew products and applications is not necessary, previous experience will be a plus. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, business maturity, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery
5+ years of hands-on experience
