Job Details
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
- PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Experience gathering and analysing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills comfortable influencing without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
