What you will do
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, SMEs, and the development team
- Create UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and functionality
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for military decision-makers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Participate in design and delivery reviews for stakeholder approvals
- Contribute to the development of workflow automation, data visualization, and decision support tools
What you need to have
- BS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and wireframing tools
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of Agile methods

- Experience with military or defense systems
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and data analysis
- Experience with design systems and style guides
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Background in developing analytics or business intelligence solutions
- Experience working with international clients
