Job Description:
Trilyon is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Analyst to provide critical support for HRIS projects including UKG Pro Workforce Management, Advanced Scheduler, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Ga@Work. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, supporting implementations and system integrations, conducting testing, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing post-launch performance.
This position requires hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with both business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Time Management and Labor, HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned systems, including UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, HRSD, and Ga@Work.
- Complete roll-out of HRSD (digital files), Pro WFM, and Workforce Advanced Scheduler across remaining hospital locations.
- Respond to SAO requests for data migration and cleanup activities related to GA@Work implementation.
- Analyze information to determine customer requirements and identify system enhancements.
- Perform systems integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct data imports, exports, and quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and update Cross Reference Tables (CRT), lookup tables, and reference materials.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues and provide process improvements.
- Assist in developing standards, documentation, and operating procedures.
- Stay current with HRIS best practices and evolving business needs.
