Job :SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer
Location :Columbia, SC, USA(Hybrid)
Configure, maintain, and improve SAP HR systems.
Streamline HR workflows and enhance data accuracy.
Support reporting, testing, and system optimization.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to meet business and compliance goals.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP ECC HR modules.
Automate workflows to reduce manual work.
Conduct system testing (UAT, integration, rollout).
Develop reports and dashboards using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance.
Create documentation (SOPs, guides, change records).
Provide user support and training.
Work with IT and HR teams on modernization projects.
Follow DPH and information security policies (NIST 800-53, FISMA).
Required Skills
Strong hands-on SAP ECC HR experience (configuration, testing, troubleshooting).
Knowledge of HR/payroll and data privacy (HIPAA, FLSA).
Proficiency in SAP reporting, Excel, Power BI.
Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
Data validation and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of IT security standards (NIST, FISMA, SC InfoSec).
Strong written and verbal communication.
Experience with IT project implementation.
Technical documentation and process improvement.
Education
Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field
(or equivalent work experience)
