Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a servant leader and coach for multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Facilitate core SAFe/Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning events.
  • Coordinate dependencies and integration points across teams within the ART.
  • Support PI execution, including tracking objectives, risks, impediments, and dependencies.
  • Help teams identify and manage risks, remove roadblocks, and resolve conflicts.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, RTEs (Release Train Engineers), System Architects, and other Scrum Masters.
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement through coaching and training.
  • Monitor team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and help optimize team performance.
  • Drive maturity of Agile adoption across the organization.
  • Support and facilitate Inspect & Adapt events and System Demos.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Agile Release Trains (ART) in a SAFe framework.
  • Strong experience in managing Agile delivery for multiple teams concurrently.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile events and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, or similar.
