Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Appian Consultant to oversee the end-to-end delivery of Appian-based solutions across business process automation initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in Appian BPM, project leadership, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate business goals into scalable technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of Appian BPM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Appian applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture, project scope, and roadmap.
- Oversee technical development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Mentor Appian developers and drive best practices in coding, performance tuning, and reuse.
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Appian BPM development and delivery.
- Proven experience leading Appian implementations in a client-facing or delivery leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Appian architecture, SAIL, Records, Sites, and Integration techniques.
- Experience in Agile project management and DevOps practices.
- Appian Level 2/3 certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
