Job Title: Pega Claims Consultant
Job Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Contract Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design enterpriselevel solutions using Pega 8x ensuring integration with existing systems and platforms.
- Lead and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of new Pega features and best practices.
- Conduct highlevel reviews of the systems architecture and provide strategic direction to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Develop architectural blueprints that detail system scalability reliability and performance requirements.
- Interface with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into functional architectural designs.
- 10 years of Pega Platform implementation experience with a strong focus on Pega 8x.
- Certified as a Pega Lead System Architect LSA.
- Implementation experience in Pega Smart Disputes framework Is mandatory.
- Profound knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle SQL Server and Postgres.
- Extensive experience in integrating Pega Smart Disputes with external APIs and enterprise systems.
- Domain expertise in financial services payments or credit card processing with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
