Job Details
Job Title: Dynamic Business Analyst Wanted for Innovative Projects!
12 month hybrid assignment in downtown Los Angeles
Expected start date will be late December.

Overview:
Business Analyst, where you?ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data-driven operations. In this hybrid position based in downtown Los Angeles, you'll gather essential requirements, conduct data analysis, create impactful dashboards, and support application testing, all while ensuring that our teams have the data they need to optimize operational goals and efficiency. Your insights will directly influence how we assess workflow capacity and manage permit data, making this an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in our community!
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Data Analysis.
- Proficient in gathering comprehensive business requirements including functional, user, and system specifications.
- Extensive experience in creating application wireframes, developing process flow diagrams, high-quality documentation, and executing detailed business analysis tasks.
- 1+ year of project management experience involving significant IT components.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to handle complex data sets and relational databases.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with project tracking tools.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools for dashboard creation.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with software/SDLC implementation projects will be beneficial.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite in downtown Los Angeles with a hybrid work schedule.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Must be a W2 employee and able to start on the scheduled date.
- Willingness to travel for onsite meetings as needed.
