Grow your career as a Senior Business Data Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will drive the development and execution of multiple reporting mechanisms in support of key technology initiatives and regulatory remediation, providing critical insights on execution progress, issues and budget. Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's/University degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology.
  • Expert in Excel and data manipulations, especially VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, Macros, basic formulas.
  • Very comfortable working with large amounts of data, merging and reconciling data sets from various systems, creating a story of progress, or highlighting areas requiring more attention and focus.
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint including creating insightful charts.
  • Expert in working with multiple data sources and transforming into meaningful insights.
  • Expert in independently working with senior stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and bringing those requirements to life ensuring timely delivery.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Masters degree
  • Big 4 Consulting experience.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert with various data sets associated with regulatory remediation plans and program deliverables.
  • Support analysis of data primarily in Excel and PowerPoint to develop various reporting views to communicate progress, achievements, issues, narrative, and provide key insight to execution and business partners.
  • Own the day-to-day development and execution of bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of analysis/metrics that are generated.
  • Support ad hoc and time sensitive requests on additional details requiring data analysis.
