- Around 10+ years of IT experience with experience in designing solutions for Salesforce or Veeva vault platform
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar content management systems
- Worked on the User Accounts provisioning, Security Profiles, Permission Sets, User Roles, and DACs.
- Proficient in analyzing and understanding business requirements.
- Familiarity with system integration, workflow configuration, and metadata management.
- Worked directly with the end users to mitigate various issues faced by them in their day-to-day activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and system changes
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to optimize the use of Veeva PromoMats
