RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Howell, NJ that is seeking a Senior Software Developer. Join a fast-growing FinTech company transforming how businesses manage payments. We're looking for a hands-on developer to build scalable, cloud-native applications and APIs that power next-gen payment solutions.
Duties:
* Develop and maintain .NET/C# applications and AWS Lambda functions
* Build full stack solutions in a collaborative Scrum environment
* Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
* Own features from design through production
* Contribute to systems supporting ISV integrations, merchant services, and PayFac capabilities
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 7+ years of software development experience
* Strong backend skills in .NET/C# with exposure to React
* Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
* FinTech or payments industry experience is required
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
