RPA Developer

This RPA Developer position is a critical business support role, responsible for planning, designing, and developing innovative technology solutions to bring efficiencies throughout the client technology stack.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for delivering on the following:
Be the main liaison with technology leaders, individual contributors, automation developers and business stakeholders for automation use cases, working with them to understand and design appropriate architecture and strategy aligned with the technology roadmap of the company.
Facilitate requirements and design sessions with business stakeholders across all functional areas and lead projects to deployment.
Develop Proof of Concepts that can scale for the purpose of demonstrating feasibility to business owners, during which limited software development skills will be required.
Conduct fit-gap analysis on current technology processes for automation opportunities.
Suggest innovative and technologically sound solutions for processes based on industry-best practices and prior experience.
Provide ongoing support to automations in production and troubleshoot exception occurrences.
Stay up to date on modern technology and best in class automation solutions, including RPA and AI.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience implementing robotic process automation (RPA) or other automation solutions (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx, WorkFusion)
Minimum 2 years working with object-oriented programming (e.g., C#/.NET, Java)
Comfortable managing Power Platform Solutions, including Power Automate Flows, Dataverse Tables, and Connection References
Understanding of PII, PCI, and other data classification concepts
Experience using enterprise SQL database platforms (MS SQL, Oracle, My SQL, SSRS)
Minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems (Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors) in a large Fortune 500 Company.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using business intelligence, data visualization and/or reporting systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects Analysis, Cognos, MS Report Builder or similar)
Proficient in version control systems such as Azure DevOps, GitLab, and GitHub, with experience managing repositories, branching and merging code, and collaborating with distributed teams
Experience with cloud-based AI services
Experience administering Dataverse Environments, Azure App Registrations, and Entra Security Groups
Strong collaboration skills and ability to establish and manage effective working relationships in a matrixed organizational structure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate well to both technical and business audiences.
Extensive knowledge of best-practice business processes and technologies for Finance functions, with a focus on Architecture and Integration into legacy systems.
Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience with using Smartsheets for portfolio management.

Education:
BS Computer Science, information systems or related technology field or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education:
MS Computer Science or related technology field
