Role Name: SAP Technology Lead
Location: Lakewood, CO (Hybrid 3 days)
Duration: 6+ Months

JOB DESCRIPTION:
"The SAP S4HANA Technical Architect Integrations Manager is responsible for
Designing and maintaining the SAP technical architecture
Leading integration efforts between SAP S4HANA and other enterprise systems
Overseeing development activities and ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies
Managing cross functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery

Key Responsibilities
Technical Architecture Platform Management
Develop scalable secure and high performance SAP architecture
Manage SAP landscapes production development test environments
Plan and execute upgrades Feature Pack Stack Support Pack Stack
Implement system archiving and performance optimization strategies
Integration Management
Lead integration projects involving SAP modules FI CO MM Group reporting and third party cloud systems Blackline Kyriba etc
Ensure data consistency integrity and security across integrated platforms
Coordinate with middleware stakeholders eg API Gateway Hyperscaler SAP BTP team to resolve integration issues
Development Oversight
Guide development teams in ABAP FioriUI5 SAP BTP and other SAP technologies
Manage the full development lifecycle design coding testing deployment and support
Oversee enhancements reports forms and workflows within SAP environments
Project Leadership
Serve as technical lead for SAP projects ensuring timely and quality delivery
Collaborate with project managers vendors and stakeholders
Manage resources timelines and deliverables
Compliance Governance
Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies
Maintain transparent communication and decision tracking across teams

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or technical domains
12 years of experience in SAP project management and integrations
Deep understanding of SAP S4HANA ecosystem and enterprise IT landscapes
Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud
Strong knowledge of SAP BTP BASIS ABAP and integration technologies
