Client s Location: St. Louis, MO Location: Remote
Job Description:
Telecom B2B Sales Domain:
Lead defect triage and resolution in a complex Salesforce Sales Cloud environment integrated with NetCracker CPQ and MuleSoft
Collaborate with offshore teams to guide solution design and troubleshooting
Perform hands-on remediation of high-priority defects during US business hours
Bring telecom industry experience, specifically in B2B sales processes
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills Required:
Salesforce Sales Cloud (configuration, customization, Apex, Lightning Components) deep experience required
Understanding/experience with a CPQ software (configuration and integration experience preferred) NetCracker CPQ nice to have but not required.
MuleSoft (API integration, troubleshooting, and flow design) nice to have but not required
Strong understanding of data flows, system integrations, and middleware
Experience with defect tracking tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to analyze logs, debug issues, and propose scalable solutions
