Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on enterprise-level Data Management strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Solve complex, high-risk data challenges with long-term, scalable solutions that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on data governance, architecture, and analytics.
- Collaborate with client teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Influence decision-making at the executive level through compelling data narratives and strategic consulting.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale data initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in data strategy, governance, and architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in highly regulated industries or large enterprise environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and modern data stack tools.
