Position: Entry Level Business Analyst

Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document requirements, and ensure that they are accurately captured and communicated.
  • Support the testing of new systems or changes to existing systems to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Required experience level 0-4 years
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Ability to translate business questions into data questions.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to examine work critically.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
