  • Architect end-to-end data quality solutions in Salesforce (Sales Cloud + supporting systems), including deduplication, classification logic, validation, and governance.
  • Define and implement integration patterns (CDC, batch sync, Platform Events, request/reply, Bulk API v2) and resilience strategies (idempotency, retries, error routing).
  • Design controls for data pipelines: kill switches, throttling, backfills, and rollback mechanisms.
  • Lead root-cause analysis for duplicate records, misclassifications, and schema mapping issues from legacy applications.
  • Establish data quality KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks for visibility and accountability.
  • Configure Salesforce Duplicate Rules, Matching Rules, Validation Rules, Picklist governance, and Record Types.
  • Own solution blueprinting, Jira backlog management, UAT planning, and production rollout with rollback and monitoring strategies.
  • Mentor Data Analysts on analytical approaches, KPI development, and visualization standards.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud or CRM Analytics a plus).
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce APIs: REST, Composite, Bulk v2, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deduplication/matching rules, validation rules, record types, flows, and Apex fundamentals.
  • Proven track record in data quality programs and governance (data dictionaries, lineage, KPIs).
  • Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, SQL, and familiarity with Python for data audits.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience resolving complex, cross-system data issues.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Why Join Us?
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that directly improve data trust and business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
  • Access to professional development, technical certifications, and leadership pathways.
