Description
We are looking for an experienced Architecture and Discovery Analyst to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing systems and defining business requirements, ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our technology solutions. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Manage and maintain Active Directory structures, providing support and troubleshooting as needed.
Utilize Microsoft SQL Server to develop and analyze data solutions that meet business needs.
Perform system analysis to evaluate performance, reliability, and scalability of existing and proposed solutions.
Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support the development and implementation of projects.
Work with IBM technologies to enhance system capabilities and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
Provide recommendations for architectural improvements based on discovery and analysis.
Support cross-functional teams in implementing technology solutions effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in system analysis and architecture.
Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for data analysis and development.
Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Familiarity with IBM technologies and their applications in system architecture.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
A proactive approach to staying informed about new technologies and industry advancements.
