Job Description:

Salesforce Technical Architect with hands-on expertise in B2B Sales Cloud within the Telecommunications industry. This role combines technical leadership with practical problem-solving, including triaging and remediating critical defects, leading design sessions, and producing detailed technical design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design sessions and create comprehensive technical design documents.

Provide hands-on support for defect triage and remediation in production and lower environments.

Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, ensuring scalability and performance.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Oversee integration with external systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem, with 3+ years focused on B2B Sales Cloud.

Proven experience in Telecommunications industry implementations.

Located in the St. Louis Area, or willing to relocate within 90 days of start

Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Ability to diagnose and resolve critical production issues quickly.

Experience with Salesforce integration patterns (APIs, middleware, ETL).

Familiarity with Salesforce security model and data architecture best practices.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and design leadership.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Preferred:

Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect certifications.

Experience with CPQ, Order Management, MuleSoft
