Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the development of reports for DWR s compliance with Phase 2 of EPA s NPDES Electronic Reporting Rule (eRule), serving as a technical program representative who can bridge the gap between.
- IT partners and programmatic team on eRule projects, development of training materials and documentation for new and existing forms in MyTDEC Forms, e-reporting, mapping of data between systems, and data flows to DWR and EPA databases.
- This person would also provide outreach to both internal and external staff on training for all aspects of e-reporting and NPDES data management.
- The ideal candidate will be very detail-oriented and attentive to data quality.
- Customer service skills are very important as this person will also provide support to both internal and external customers.
- Extra skills that would be nice to have are proficiency in ArcGIS and Tableau, as these could open additional project opportunities within the unit.
