Location: Sanjose, CA and RTP/Durham, NC (Onsite)
Hire Type: Full Time / Long term contract
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and oversight of day-to-day logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods and equipment, maintain accurate inventory records, and support project teams with timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
Manage inventory and storage of project-related equipment and materials
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs forms, and packing lists
Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
Resolve delivery issues and escalate delays or discrepancies as needed
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Required Skills:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with international shipping and customs documentation is a plus.
