Requirements:
Certified PMP or equivalent is required
MUST have 8-10+ years MS Project, SharePoint, Excel
7+ years of experience in IT project management within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related industry.
Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and related regulatory standards, GxP standards.
7+ years experience implementing end-to-end build-out / application configuration
7+ years experience with system integrations between QC systems such as LIMS, Veeva, Infinity, Maximo, QC Lab Instruments.
7+ Experience with ALM Application Lifecycle Management
JIRA experience a plus
MUST have 8-10+ years of STRONG Program / Project management experience in the Pharma industry and its associated regulatory processes and requirements leading large & complex projects & programs
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and execution of large-scale digital integrations within commercial manufacturing in pharmaceutical domain, ensuring delivery of intended outcomes while fostering collaboration to refine ideas and identify new requirements, maximizing return on investment.
The PM will be developing and overseeing plans for system integrations between LIMS and Veeva, BMSDocs, Infinity & Maximo, system validations, QC Instrument Integrations; Coordinat system validations efforts.
Experienced in agile, waterfall & hybrid project management.
Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects.
Ensure project(s) deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental best practices across their assigned programs and projects.
Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.
Monitor and control schedule and financial health of their assigned programs and projects and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned project s momentum and progress. Engage and energize the project teams.
Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects.
Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions.
Develop weekly & other project status reports per communication plan established by the program manager/delivery lead.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or PMP certification preferred.

Experience with managing project cost, schedule, and quality management
Excellent leadership skills, including team management and stakeholder engagement.

Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proficient in conducting comprehensive risk assessments to identify project vulnerabilities.

Experience working with external Service Providers providing hosting and network services and managing offshore resources
