Job Details
Looking for Junior .Net Consultant with ServiceNow experience.
The contractor will perform the following key tasks:
- Support ServiceNow administration, including user account management, workflow configuration, form customization, and routine platform maintenance.
- Develop and manage SQL-based datasets from various sources for integration with the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with data integration efforts to ensure the availability of clean, accessible, and reliable data within ServiceNow.
- Help business users access and utilize data through reports and dashboards built in ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports to support internal and external reporting requirements.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for data visibility, access, and reporting issues.
- Assist with debugging and resolving issues in the system .NET-based application, including bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Required Skill Sets and Qualifications
- 1 3 years of experience in an IT, programming, or data analyst role.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, including user setup, workflow configuration, and basic scripting/customization.
- Proficiency in SQL programming, with the ability to extract, transform, and prepare data for reporting and system integration.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Experience developing reports using SSRS and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of .NET applications with the ability to assist in debugging and minor code fixes.
