About the Job
As a Sr. Analyst - Automation, you will design, implement, and manage intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations and drive efficiency across the organization. You'll work with low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform and UIPath to build scalable applications and RPA bots, while ensuring governance, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems such as SAP.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy automation solutions using Power Platform, UIPath, and other low-code tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain low-code applications (PowerApps) and RPA bots to optimize business processes.
  • Integrate APIs and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SharePoint, O365) into automation workflows.
  • Establish and support a Center of Excellence (CoE) for automation, promoting best practices and innovation.
  • Manage automation platform operations, including monitoring, support, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data integrity standards.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on automation and software development.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, UIPath, and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JSON, C#, PowerShell, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with SAP integration and Microsoft O365 ecosystem.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, RPA, and automation governance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AI integration and intelligent automation.
  • Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET, SSIS, and SharePoint development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling automation CoEs.
