Description
We are looking for a skilled BambooHR Implementation Specialist to oversee the integration and optimization of BambooHR systems for our organization. This is a Contract position based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless system deployment and aligning the software with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in ERP systems and a proven ability to manage complex implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of BambooHR, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop detailed project plans and documentation to support system integration and functionality.
Configure and optimize BambooHR modules to meet specific business needs.
Provide training and support to team members to ensure effective use of the system.
Manage change processes and address challenges during system implementation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other ERP systems, such as Epicor and Oracle NetSuite.
Monitor project progress and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation phase.
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to guide development and integration activities.
Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to quality standards and budget constraints.
Requirements
Proven experience in implementing BambooHR or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and familiarity with Epicor.
Strong knowledge of Oracle NetSuite technologies and their integration processes.
Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Expertise in change management and problem-solving during system transitions.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
