Position: Product Lead Engineer
Location: Remote/Flexible (Client New Jersey)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension

The Product Lead Engineer (PLE) oversees the engineering and technology delivery of the respective customer experiences for S&R with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Business Product Manager, the PLE defines the product strategy while guiding Lead Engineer(s) and development squads in solving technical challenges and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, the PLE stays informed on industry trends, facilitates the adoption of new technologies, and supports backlog prioritization for technical initiatives. As the key point of contact for cross-functional communication, the PLE ensures effective collaboration with ISRM, vendors, and platform owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining the overall engineering and technology delivery of the respective customer experiences in S&R with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM products, ensuring alignment with the Product Owner, Product Group Engineer, and BU Architect. Accountable for maintaining coherence between technical implementations and the BU Architecture vision, economic framework, and business needs.
Work closely with the Technical & Business Product Manager to define and refine the product strategy and vision for Dynamics 365, ensuring it addresses customer needs effectively.
Collaborate with development squads to address technical challenges specific to Dynamics 365 solutions, implementing effective resolutions. Engage in "hands-on" coding while also conducting design and code reviews to ensure quality across squads.
Facilitate the development and selection of technical solutions from approved options for Dynamics 365 and gather user feedback on the concepts to optimize solutions.
Negotiate technology options with business stakeholders and collaborate with platform/product teams to identify and leverage opportunities within the Dynamics platform ecosystem.
Manage development processes and review cadences, aligning the technical landscape of Dynamics 365 squads to promote reusability, scalability, and modularity of solutions.
Oversee platform developments within Dynamics 365, driving leading engineering practices to enhance overall technical quality and performance.
Keep abreast of technology trends in the CRM and enterprise software industries, conducting research spikes to explore new capabilities and innovative opportunities for Dynamics 365.
Ensure the timely adoption of new technologies and innovations within Dynamics 365, facilitating ideation sessions to explore promising ideas.
Assist Product Owners and Lead Engineers in prioritizing the technical backlog across squads, mentoring product and squad members on best practices.
Collaborate with squads and other experience specific Product Lead Engineers to manage risks, solve issues, and track cross-product dependencies and impediments.
Act as the single point of contact for ISRM, TQ / SQA, vendors, and enterprise platform owners regarding Dynamics 365 and its associated products.
