Title:- IT Support Engineer/System Administrator
Location:- Greenwood, SC
Short Term Contract
Experience - 4-6 Years.
Role Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners·
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks·
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests·
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)·
- Setting up accounts for new users· Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary·
- Provide day-to-day Operations Technology (OT) and infrastructure support for the site supporting a range of business areas including Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, Controls Automation, Facilities, and others as needed.·
- Testing new technology· Possibly training junior staff·
- Any IT Certification is plus·
- Experience in AD, inTune, Azure ServiceNow
