HRIS Analyst
Calabasas, CA- hybrid role with a mandatory 3 days in office, per week
Direct Hire
$100-$115k year

Immediate hire. Looking for someone to serve as the primary system administrator for Time Off configuration in UKG Pro UTA and Core systems reporting, while also acting as the system analyst for all benefit-related integrations. Provide daily support for HCM, PTO, and TMS systems, leading configuration work to meet evolving business needs. Will contribute to project initiation and deliver end-to-end project support, requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Analyzes and documents process flows and SOPs, partners with HRSS to maintain data integrity through audits and streamlined processes and troubleshoots complex system issues to drive root-cause resolution. Will also manage issue resolution across users, internal teams, and vendors, collaborates with system providers on updates and interfaces, and develops or enhances reports using UKG BI, UTA Cognos, and MicroStrategy. Configuration of our systems to meet the business needs (e.g. processes, user interfaces, correspondences, etc.). Play a role in project initiation efforts by defining project scope and supporting the development of work plans, estimates, and timelines. End to end project support, including business requirements, analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Identify, analyze, and document process flows, system diagrams, and Best Practices/standard operating procedures (SOP's). Maintain the integrity of company HR systems by working alongside the HRSS Analyst team to conduct regular system audits, streamline processes, increase data integrity, and provide valuable guidance to end users. Leverage system and process expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause. Lead/manage issue resolution efforts across end-users, peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required. Work closely with system vendors to resolve any systems related issues, implement required updates, and design/maintain interfaces.

Requirements:
  • Must have 2+ years' experience with advanced reporting in UKG Pro
  • 4+ years of experience working as a System Analyst within the HR space
  • 1+ year of functioning as a lead/subject matter expert on HR system projects.
  • Advanced Excel skills: minimum of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP (ideally macros and slicers)
  • Previous work experience at a company with at least 10,000 employees
  • Must have UKG BI and UTA Cognos reporting experience
  • MUST BE LOCAL TO LOS ANGELES; REASONABLE COMMUTE
  • HS Diploma
