The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $99,400 - $184,600.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of performance, stability, and continuous delivery in support of our customers and employees. You will contribute to existing Kubernetes-based infrastructure platforms, work with application teams to monitor and improve performance, and assist with AWS cost management. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will also contribute to a variety of areas including:
- Taking ownership of the DevOps-related stack including Kubernetes, GitHub actions, AWS, and Terraform.
- Sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and deployment best practices with internal stakeholders and team members.
- Researching, implementing, documenting, and auditing custom metrics, deployments solutions, and AWS architecture decisions to meet our customers' specific needs.
- Configuring and deploying systems that help our customers' ship code with lower impact.
- Performing tech support for onsite and remote users - core hours 9-5, M-F (after-hours maintenance and support as needed).
- Communicating concerns and metrics to senior management and present on technical topics to a broad audience.
About You
You're a good fit for the role of Senior DevOps Engineer if you have/are:
- A bachelor's degree in computer-related field, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of five years IT-related experience.
- A strong Linux background including knowledge of containerization technologies and products.
- Automation and CI/CD experience including tools such as terraform, ansible, and GitHub Actions.
- Enterprise experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Enterprise experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Development experience with languages such as Python or Bash.
- Prior experience with real-time data pipelines.
- Prior experience with SNS/SQS, Python data frameworks, Redis, MySQL, or Dramatiq.
- Extensive experience troubleshooting complex technical issues including authentication services, certificates, and network connectivity.
- A strong security background and familiarity with US Government security and compliance benchmarks (CIS, STIG).
- The ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Security-related certifications or training
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical employees
- U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency or department of Federal Government requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance with the U.S. Government.
