Job Details
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform wireless device field testing per test plan and collect logs using Specific test tools
- Troubleshoot device related and tool related issues when required and articulate clearly in reports.
- Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in handset behavior.
- Review test results for accuracy and quality.
- Execute tests and communicate results, defects efficiently to Lead.
- Responsible for managing, tracking and maintaining accurate inventory records to ensure smooth device flow.
- Responsible for coordinating rental car bookings with rental agency and keep clear records of the booking and returns. Help to process invoices internally in a timely manner
