Technical Account Manager


We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join a scaling asset management software company. Chance to join a local software company that specializes in an end-to end solution suite (digital transformation). You'll be working alongside the marketing, product, and software engineering teams to showcase the solutions offerings: Maintenance BI Tools, Master Data Management, Reporting & Analytics Software, etc.


As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with enterprise existing clients, as well as identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Some of these products listed will be: cloud-based solutions that integrate with: SAP, IBM Maximo, and Oracle.


Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Understand client needs and objectives, and work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support for client initiatives

  • Prepare and deliver regular account status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Partner with a Sales Engineer to showcase new technology, updated software, and potential add-ons

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Background in SaaS, IoT, MSP, or similar company

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with industries that would need: BI Software, Data Analytics, ERP Systems, Data Governance, etc
