How You Will Make An Impact
- Support the design and automation of cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other tools
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based application deployments
- Collaborate with senior engineers and developers on infrastructure and operational improvements
- Help manage observability tools and support incident troubleshooting and alerting workflows
- Participate in cloud security reviews and contribute to process documentation and improvement efforts
- Gain hands-on experience with container orchestration, scripting, and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices
Are You a Cloud Engineer Rock Star?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure support roles
- Foundational understanding of AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, ECS, etc.
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience or interest in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Exposure to containerized environments and DevOps workflows
- A strong interest in automation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and initiative in a team-oriented environment
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with serverless/cloud-native tools like AWS Lambda or Step Functions
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or GitLab
