Job Details

We are seeking an ITSM Technical Consultant with expertise in IAM and IGA for a hybrid role based in Jefferson City, MO, for a duration of 6 months.

Key qualifications include:

- 2+ years of ServiceNow and ITSM experience, specifically:

- Leading and managing ServiceNow projects
- ITSM
- ITIL 4 framework
- ServiceNow CSDM version 4.0 or higher framework
- Implementing the CSDM framework
- Leading teams to configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including:
- CMDB
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Major Incident Management
- Change Management
- Request Management

- 2+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) and Integration experience, including:
- Configuring and building IAM/IGA solutions at an enterprise scale
- Architecting and configuring Role-Based Access
- Integrating IGA solutions with ServiceNow, Active Directory, and M365

- 2+ years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
- M365
- Microsoft Active Directory

- 2+ years of state-specific knowledge, particularly:
- Working knowledge of the State of Missouri's current ticketing system, Cherwell.
