Job Details

Join a dynamic team dedicated to creating a positive impact in communities through innovative logistics solutions. We're seeking a Program Manager to oversee vital transportation and donation projects across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient management of nonprofit transportation and donation initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for nonprofit partners, facilitating clear and effective communication across various channels.
  • Maintain meticulous data records, ensuring accuracy within project workflows.
  • Craft insightful monthly reports that highlight partner achievements and project progress.
  • Identify and resolve logistical challenges, implementing sustainable solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze program metrics to showcase impact and identify areas for enhancement.

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or substantial experience in operations.
  • Proven track record in program management and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and adeptness at managing multiple commitments.

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in analyzing complex issues and formulating data-driven solutions.
  • Experience in supply chain management or logistics operations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
  • Proven success in fostering partnerships with external organizations.
  • Background in corporate social responsibility or nonprofit operations.
