Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP Customer Success in Duluth, Georgia. This role is in the tech industry and involves maintaining relationships and selling in various territories. The position allows for remote work, with 50% travel requirement for attending conferences, business development meetings, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
Oversee account management across multiple states.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients.
Attend industry conferences to represent the company and establish new connections.
Engage in business development activities, including networking dinners and meetings.
Create comprehensive reports for the Chief of Staff and other relevant stakeholders.
Utilize skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Technologies, CRM, Facebook Insights, GMail, Brand Awareness, Budget Processes, Campaign Planning, Collateral Management, and Communication.
Strive for diversity and inclusivity in the leadership team.
Manage sales processes and account management within the company.
Operate without geographical limitations, with the ability to work remotely when not traveling.

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 10 years in the field of Customer Success
Demonstrated proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications
Extensive knowledge and application of Cloud Technologies
Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Familiarity with Facebook Insights for customer data analysis
Proficient in GMail and other Google Suite applications
Proven ability to develop and enhance Brand Awareness strategies
Experience with Budget Processes, including planning and management
Experience in Campaign Planning and execution
Proven skills in Collateral Management
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
